These terms apply to your use of dvyherbal.com and any purchase from it. The site is operated by BMAC Trading LLC, doing business as DVY Herbal ("DVY Herbal", "we", "us"), 14578 SW Angus Pl, Tigard, OR 97224, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About our products

DVY Herbal Glucose Tea is an herbal tea sold as a dietary supplement. It is a daily after-meal ritual, not a medicine. Statements marked with an asterisk (*) have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences vary and depend on diet, activity, sleep and other factors.

1. Not medical advice

Content on this site — including product pages, the Steady 30 Guide, our emails and the Steady Guide blog — is for general information and education. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor. Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing, or under 18. If you take medication (including for blood sugar or blood pressure) or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before adding any herbal product to your routine, and do not stop or change any medication on your own. Stop use and consult your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and located in the United States to purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; changes don't affect orders already placed. One-time orders include a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock limits). If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund it in full. We sell to end consumers only; orders that appear to be for resale may be cancelled.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe, your order renews automatically at the price and frequency shown when you subscribed (for example, 2 bags every 30 days) and your payment method is charged on each renewal until you cancel. Subscription orders ship free within the US. We send a reminder email before every charge. You can skip, pause, change or cancel online anytime from your account — no phone call needed. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund orders already shipped (see our money-back guarantee below). 5. Bonuses and promotions

The Steady 30 Guide (PDF) is included free with subscriptions of 2 or more bags and is sent by email after your first order. Week 1 of the Steady 30 plan is a free download for email subscribers. Discount codes are single-use, can't be combined unless stated, have the expiry shown in the offer, and have no cash value.

6. Shipping, returns and the 90-day money-back guarantee

Orders ship from our US warehouse, usually within 3–5 business days. Your first order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee: email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund it — no return needed. The guarantee applies once per customer and household. 7. Reviews, creators and content you submit

If you submit a review, comment, photo or video, you confirm it reflects your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and in our marketing. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, we don't publish fake reviews, and we don't pay for positive reviews. Content from creators who received free product or payment is labeled as such. Brand videos that use actors or AI-generated people are labeled as dramatizations. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.

8. Emails and marketing

If you sign up for emails, we'll send you the content you requested plus occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order and subscription emails (confirmations, shipping and pre-charge reminders) are sent as part of your purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, the Steady 30 Guide and design — belongs to DVY Herbal or its licensors. You may use the Steady 30 Guide for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVY Herbal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email hello@dvyherbal.com first — most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after that date; for active subscriptions, we'll email you before any change to price or frequency takes effect.
