What you agree to
By choosing a subscription ("Subscribe") on the product page or at checkout, you agree that we will charge your payment method at the price and frequency you selected, on each renewal date, until you cancel.

Skip, pause or cancel — online, anytime
- Log in at dvyherbal.com and open Manage my ritual (or use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email).
- Skip a delivery, change the date, frequency or number of bags, update your card or address, pause, or cancel.
- Changes made before your next charge date apply to that charge. We confirm every cancellation by email.
Cancelling stops all future charges; it doesn't refund orders already shipped. You can also cancel by emailing hello@dvyherbal.com — we'll do it for you and confirm by email.
Price changes
If we change your subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. You can cancel any time before then.
Failed payments
If a charge fails, we'll email you and retry over the next few days. If we can't collect payment, we pause your subscription until you update your card.
Refunds
Your first subscription delivery is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Charged for a renewal you meant to cancel? Email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy.
