Cancellation policy

This policy explains how DVY Herbal subscriptions work. We built it to be simple: you're never locked in.

How a subscription works

  • When you choose Subscribe, you're charged for your first order at checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically and your saved payment method is charged on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • Delivery frequency depends on the size you choose:
    • 1 bag (30 tea bags) — every 15 days
    • 2 bags (60 tea bags) — every 30 days
    • 6 bags (180 tea bags) — every 90 days
  • Each renewal is charged at the subscription price shown when you subscribed. Subscription orders ship free within the US.
  • There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
  • Subscriptions of 2 or more bags include the Steady 30 Guide (PDF), emailed after your first order. It's yours to keep, even if you cancel.

Reminder before every charge

We email you a reminder before each renewal is charged, with the date, the amount and a link to manage your subscription. Please make sure emails from hello@dvyherbal.com reach your inbox.

Skip, pause, change or cancel — anytime, online

  • Log in to your account on dvyherbal.com (or use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email) to skip a delivery, change the date, frequency or size, update payment or address, pause, or cancel.
  • Cancelling takes effect immediately for all future renewals. No phone call, chat or reason required.
  • To stop the next renewal, cancel or skip before its charge date. Orders already charged and processed will still ship; see the Refund Policy if you meant to cancel.
  • Prefer email? Write to hello@dvyherbal.com and we'll cancel it for you and confirm by email.

Price changes

If we ever change the price or terms of your subscription, we'll email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before your next charge.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and retry a few times. If it still can't be charged, we'll pause your subscription until you update your payment method.
